2003 年12月 Abifor AG 总部在中国成立了附属公司。集中发展在中国，及亚洲和中东等地区的业务。在中国成立公司，是 Abifor 集团的重要长远策略。公司的生产设在上海；另在中国香港成立了控股公司。这样，我们可以在中国从事生产、国内贸易，国际贸易。主要的经营范围是：-

• 销售在德国工厂生产的整个abifor^®系列的热熔胶粉；


• 在中国上海从事生产并销售高密度聚乙烯（HDPE）热熔胶粉，及共聚脂（Co-Pes）胶粉；


• 代理英国 Plascoat Systems 公司在中国地区的业务。 Plascoat 生产及销售专业的粉末涂料，用于各种金属或金属丝网制品。例如，洗碗机碗篮专用的 Talisman®工程塑料粉末；冰箱，冷冻柜丝网架专用的 NG30 型号的 LDPE 粉末涂料；空调压缩机的风扇保护罩专用的 Wireguard 10 增 LDPE 粉末涂料；用于手提式灭火器的内衬的 PPA 665XL 工程塑料粉末；以至使用于饮用水管，栅栏，及各种耐高温，耐低温，耐气候和耐腐蚀的金属制品的 PPA 571 工程塑料粉末涂料。

The D-U-N-S^®-Number  (Data Universal Numbering System) is a unique nine-digit identification sequence designed and maintained from Dun & Bradstreet. This Number allows to unequivocally identify a single business entity, while linking corporate family structure together.

In today's global economy, the DUNS-Number. has become the standard for keeping track of the world businesses, used by more than 50 global, industry and trade associations, including UN, EC, U.S. Federal Government. The Volkswagen Ltd. has introduced the DUNS-No for its worldwide purchasing.

Abifor Ltd. is officially listed in the D&B DUNS database with the above mentioned Number.

Registered in the IMDS

The IMDS is the automotive Industry Material Data System. It is a joint development of the most car manufacturer like Audi, Daimler Chrysler, Fiat, Ford, Opel, Porsche, Volvo, Mercedes Benz, Peugeot, Renault, SAAB, Skoda, Seat  and VW. Other car manufacturers intend to participate in IMDS.

In the IMDS, all materials used for car manufacturer are archived and maintained. Only in this way is it possible to meet the obligations placed on car manufacturers, and thus on their suppliers, by national and international standards, laws, regulations, environmental protection principles and recycling level requirements from the year 2015. The "VDA list for notifiable substances"  is integral to the IMDS.

Abifor Ltd. has registered its automotive industry related products in the IMDS.
