In the range of shirts and blouses, where woven interlinings are used for collars (top fuse), cuffs and button rows, a laundry resistance up to 95 ˚C is required. To meet this requirement HDPE-powders like abifor 1300/20 or abifor 1300/6 are applied.

The strong demand of temperature resistance during the finishing process for "Form-Memory-Shirts" are only fulfilled by the HDPE-powder grades abifor 1300/6 and abifor 1300/4.


The coating of these collar interlining is done by the powder point coating process. Engrave rollers with small points respectively high mesh no are used. Additionally the coating is pressed / calandered to achieve a Film-like coating.
